Amazing grace! How sweet the sound
That saved a wretch like me!
I once was lost, but now am found;
Was blind, but now I see.
How does your life reflect your salvation from sin? How is your life a testimony to the spiritual sight God has blessed you with?
’Twas grace that taught my heart to fear,
And grace my fears relieved;
How precious did that grace appear
The hour I first believed!
Is that grace still precious to you today? Do you still find overwhelming joy in it?
Through many dangers, toils and snares,
I have already come;
’Tis grace hath brought me safe thus far,
And grace will lead me home.
What are you trusting in to get you through difficulties? Do you allow yourself to get stressed out over them, or do you truly rest in God’s grace to lead you through them?
The Lord has promised good to me,
His Word my hope secures;
He will my Shield and Portion be,
As long as life endures.
Is your life a testament to the many promises found in God’s Word? Do others know what your God is like by how you live each day?
