Each digital file is provided at 300 dpi to ensure the highest quality printing. We recommend printing on heavy white cardstock (~110 lb) or premium presentation paper, and selecting the best print quality available. Also be sure to choose the correct paper size before printing. Files may also be printed at any office supply store or commercial printer.
No items may not be altered in any way before printing. Images are for individual use only and cannot be sold or redistributed, but may be printed for your own use as often as you would like. Please do not share the downloaded files with anyone, but direct them to the shop for purchase.
We partner with multiple production facilities across the United States, who aid in printing and shipping physical products. As such, items ordered at the same time may not ship together and you will be charged shipping for each product individually. We will do our best to ensure quality production and timely processing, and will strive to keep you notified of any shipping delays.
If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please contact us by email here. By default, we only offer replacements for misprinted, damaged, or defective items. Claims must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our production partner’s facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
